SCR 10.412 – Limited Series / Kinetic artefact
This Agreement is entered into between:
Seller:
Scroller EV (“Seller”)
Buyer: (“Buyer”)
1. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT
The Seller agrees to transfer ownership or controlled usage rights (as specified) of one SCR 10.412
Kinetic artefact (“Item”) to the Buyer.
The Buyer acknowledges that the Item:
- Is part of a limited series
- May be considered experimental / pre-series
- Is not a mass-produced consumer vehicle
2. CONDITION & STATUS
The Item is provided:
- “AS IS”
- Without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
- With known and unknown technical limitations
The Buyer confirms they have inspected or accepted the Item’s condition.
3. REGULATORY STATUS
The Buyer acknowledges that:
- The Item may not be homologated for public road use
- Legal usage depends on local regulations
- The Seller makes no guarantee regarding road legality outside explicitly approved contexts
4. TRANSFER OF RISK
All risks transfer to the Buyer upon:
- Physical delivery of the Item
- Or handover at an agreed location
5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Seller shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the Item
- The Buyer assumes full responsibility for operation, storage, transport, and compliance
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property, design rights, and trademarks related to the Kinetic artefact remain the exclusive property of Scroller EV.
The Buyer may not:
- Copy
- Reverse engineer
- Commercially reproduce
- without written consent.
7. RESTRICTIONS
The Buyer agrees that:
- The Item will not be resold without Seller notification
- Public use for promotion may require prior approval
- Misuse harming the brand may trigger contractual remedies
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of EU.
