1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and interaction with the SCR 10.412 digital environment, including but not limited to the website, Allocation Room, access requests, deposits, documentation, and acquisition procedures.
SCR 10.412 is a collectible kinetic artifact produced by Scroller EV d.o.o., Croatia.
By accessing this website or any private Allocation environment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the Item
SCR 10.412 is:
a collectible kinetic item
not a homologated vehicle
not intended for public-road use
intended exclusively for private spaces, closed environments, and exhibition contexts
SCR 10.412 is not offered as a consumer vehicle or transport product.
3. No Public Sale
SCR items are not offered through open or public sale.
Access to acquisition is possible only through:
a private selection process
individual evaluation
approval for Allocation Room access
Scroller EV reserves the sole right to approve or decline access without obligation to justify the decision.
4. Access Deposit
To access the Allocation Room, an applicant may be required to submit a Refundable Access Deposit.
The Access Deposit:
is not a purchase
is not a reservation
does not create an obligation to acquire
serves solely as access to a private offer
is fully refundable if no acquisition is completed
Refund timelines are defined in the relevant communication.
5. Allocation & Acquisition
If an acquisition is requested:
the item is temporarily allocated for a defined period
contractual documentation must be reviewed and signed
full payment must be completed within the allocation window
If finalization does not occur within the defined period:
the allocation automatically lapses
the item returns to availability
the deposit does not convert into a purchase payment
6. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership is transferred only upon full settlement and formal confirmation by Scroller EV.
Upon transfer:
the item becomes part of the owner’s private collection
the owner is entered into the permanent collection record
the Collector Care Program is activated for the first owner
7. Use Restrictions
SCR 10.412:
must not be used on public roads
must not be represented as a certified vehicle
must be used strictly in accordance with the Rules of Use
Violation of use restrictions may void Collector Care Program eligibility.
8. Collector Care Program
Collector Care Program includes:
technical support
availability of original components
optional body replacement from exclusive offerings
direct relationship with the manufactory
The program:
is not an unlimited warranty
does not cover misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, visuals, texts, and artifacts related to SCR are the exclusive intellectual property of Scroller EV.
No reproduction, representation, or commercial use is permitted without written consent.
10. Liability Limitation
SCR 10.412 is acquired as a collectible artifact.
Scroller EV shall not be liable for:
misuse
unauthorized operation
indirect or consequential damages
regulatory misinterpretation by third parties
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
